Orders
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Submit a cancellation request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number as soon as possible. After 2 hours we may not be able to cancel your order as it may already be in processing. If your order has shipped refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes. If you need to update your shipping address contact us immediately at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally at this time.

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- We do not currently offer international or premium delivery.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] with your USPS tracking number. Click the tracking link to follow your package. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the label is created.
Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your ship date submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number. We will file a USPS claim on your behalf.
Damaged packages: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Submit a return request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Limited editions, colored vinyl, and collector pressings are final sale and not eligible for return.

Once we receive your request, we'll review it and send you an approval email with your return shipping address and instructions. After approval, ship your return to:

Return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Customer provides return shipping. A 10% restocking fee applies. Order Issues
Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. While we cannot always guarantee an exact replacement due to stock availability we will resolve the issue fully.
Check around your home and with neighbors or building management who may have received the package. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email. Packages occasionally show as delivered 1-2 days before physical arrival. If your package still has not arrived after 3 business days submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number and we will investigate with USPS.
Submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact immediately with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
Payments
At checkout enter your code in the Discount Code field and click Apply to see your updated total before completing your order. Only one discount code can be used per order. If your code is not working submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact and we will assist.
